Woman Simulator: Grocery List for All 7 Days

Woman Simulator asks you to cook a set of dishes every day for a week. This page tells you which dishes each day asks for and exactly what to buy at the store that morning so you can make them all, with what the fridge already covers subtracted.

The short version: buy nothing on Day 1, then shop each morning from the lists below. We recommend buying Day 7’s groceries on Day 6 as well, and the Day 7 section explains why. Every list follows the order the items sit in the in-game store and uses the store’s names, so you can work down it as you walk the aisles.

Every day at a glance

DayDishesItems to buy
Day 1Cheese Sandwich, Fried PotatoesNothing
Day 2Chicken Soup, Vegetable Stew8
Day 3Baked Potatoes with Chicken, Ham and Cheese Sandwich12
Day 4Onion Madness, Baked Vegetables12
Day 5Chicken Sandwich, Chicken with Vegetables10
Day 6Roast Beef Sandwich, Borscht, Baked Pork with Vegetables18, or 35 if you buy Day 7’s too
Day 7Shchi, Ratatouille, Goulash17, or nothing if bought on Day 6

The lists give what each day needs in total. Which ingredient goes into which dish is not covered here.

In every table below, “Needed” is the day’s total, “From fridge” is what you can take from stock you already have, and “Buy” is the difference. The one exception is the starting cabbage, which no table counts (see Day 1).

Burned and spoiled food

Burning something is fine. As long as the game still counts it as cooked, boiled or fried, the dish works and there is no penalty.

Spoiled food is a different story. You can physically put it in a dish, but it ruins the whole dish and that meal will not count toward your cooked meals. Throw it out and buy a replacement. The lists assume the fridge items named under Day 1 are still fresh when you reach for them, so if one has spoiled, add a replacement to that day’s shopping.

Day 1: Cheese Sandwich, Fried Potatoes

The game starts you with a fridge that already holds enough for Day 1, so there is no shopping to do. You can still visit the store if you want to, but it is not required.

The starting fridge holds more than Day 1 uses, and two leftovers matter later. When Day 2 begins there should be one carrot and one potato still in there, and the Day 2 list counts on both. There is also a cabbage from Day 1 onward that Day 6 or Day 7 will use. Which of the two is not clear, so it is left out of both days’ tables. It is not on any shopping list, so keep it.

Shopping for Day 6 and Day 7 together

If you are buying Day 7’s groceries on the Day 6 trip, use this list instead of the one above. It is simply the two days’ shopping added together. The cabbage on it is a second one, bought on top of the one already in the fridge.

Day 7: Shchi, Ratatouille, Goulash

Day 7 is the most hectic day of the week and has the most complicated recipes. You can do the shopping and all three dishes on the day itself, but juggling both at once is hard. That is why we recommend shopping for it on Day 6: you wake up on Day 7 with everything at home and can start cooking straight away.

You can go one step further if Day 6 leaves you with time to spare and cook the Day 7 dishes that evening. At the time of writing, cooked meals do not spoil, so they keep overnight. On the morning of Day 7 you then only have to rush downstairs and put them on the table, which gets Day 7’s cooking tasks done before 9:05 AM.

If you did not shop on Day 6, this is what to buy on Day 7. The cabbage from the starting fridge is not counted here either, so keep it if Day 6 did not use it.
